Contracts Made Simple
Twentu CRM includes digital agreement functionality, allowing you to create contracts and capture electronic signatures without any paper.
Agreement Templates
Start by creating reusable agreement templates:
- Go to Settings and find the Agreements section
- Create a template with your standard terms, conditions, and contract language
- Use HTML formatting for a professional look
- Mark whether a signature is required
Attaching Agreements to Quotes
When creating or editing a quote, you can attach an agreement template. When the client views the quote, they'll need to:
- Review the agreement terms
- Draw their signature on the signature pad
- Enter their name and email
- Submit to sign the agreement
Tracking Signatures
Each agreement records:
- The signer's name and email
- The signature image
- The date and time of signing
- The IP address for verification
Signed agreements can be downloaded as PDF documents for your records.
Agreement Status
- Pending – Sent but not yet signed
- Signed – Client has signed
- Expired – Signing window has passed
- Cancelled – Agreement voided
