The Time Dashboard

Your Daily Overview

The Time Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open the app. It provides a quick summary of everything you need to know for the day.

What You'll See

Pending Actions

At the top of the dashboard, banners alert you to items needing your attention:

• Pending Leave Requests – If you are an approver, you'll see how many leave requests are waiting for your review. Click the banner to go directly to the approval screen.
• Data Issues – Administrators may see alerts about data integrity problems such as orphaned records or archived employees with future shifts.

Clock Status

Your current clock-in status is displayed prominently. If you're clocked in, you'll see the time you started. If not, you can clock in directly from the dashboard.

Key Metrics

• Weekly Hours – Total hours you've worked this week
• Holiday Allowance – A summary of your annual leave (total, used, remaining) with a visual progress bar
• Upcoming Leave – Your next 5 upcoming leave dates

My Rota

Your shifts for the current week are listed, showing the day, time, and location for each assignment.

Claimable Shifts

If there are unassigned shifts available at your location, they'll appear here. You can claim them directly from the dashboard.

Team Holiday Calendar

A calendar view showing when team members are on leave, helping you plan around absences. Administrators can filter this by department.
