The Proposal Builder

The builder is a drag-and-drop editor that lets you build proposals from content blocks. Blocks are arranged on a responsive grid and can be moved, resized, and styled.

Adding Blocks

In the builder, click the + button or drag a block type from the left panel.
Available block types include: Text, Image, Pricing Table, Cards, Divider, Spacer.
Blocks snap to the grid — drag handles on the edges to resize.

Editing Block Content

Click any block to select it and edit inline — text blocks support rich formatting.
Use the floating toolbar that appears above selected blocks to change font size, colour, alignment, and style.
For images, click to open the Media Library or paste a URL.

Block Styling

Right-click or use the block menu to set background colour, padding, and border radius.
The Brand Kit colour palette is available in the colour picker for consistent branding.

View Modes

Toggle between Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile view using the toolbar icons to preview how the proposal looks on different devices.

Undo / Redo

Use Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z (or the toolbar buttons) to undo and redo changes.
