Creating a Proposal
Proposals are created from scratch or from a template, then built using the drag-and-drop block editor.
Starting a New Proposal
- Go to Proposals and click New Proposal.
- Give the proposal a name (internal reference) and select the client if applicable.
- Choose whether to start from Blank or from one of your Templates.
- Click Create — the builder opens.
Proposal Settings
Before publishing, configure:
- Title — The heading shown to the client on the proposal
- Expiry Date — When the proposal link stops being accessible
- Brand Kit — Which brand colours and fonts to use
- Signature Required — Whether the client needs to sign
- Cover Page — Toggle the auto-generated cover page on or off
Publishing and Sharing
- When ready, click Publish in the builder toolbar.
- Copy the unique client link from the share panel.
- Send the link by email — clients can view it in any browser without logging in.
Proposal Statuses
- Draft — Being built, not yet shared
- Sent — Published and link shared with client
- Viewed — Client has opened the link
- Signed — Client has completed the digital signature
- Expired — Past the expiry date
