Configuring Twentu Members

The Settings area lets administrators fine-tune how the Members system works.

Membership Number Settings

  • Auto-Generate – Automatically assign numbers to new members
  • Prefix – e.g., MEM-, GYM-
  • Starting Number – Where numbering begins
  • Zero Padding – How many digits (e.g., 6 = 001001)

Kiosk Settings

  • Welcome Message – Text displayed on the kiosk screen
  • Require PIN – Whether members must enter a PIN
  • Show Guests – Whether the guest option appears
  • Auto-Checkout Hours – Automatically check out after this many hours
  • Colours – Customise the kiosk appearance

Access Control

  • Enforce Access Times – Check membership profile time windows at kiosk
  • Enforce Facility Access – Check facility permissions at kiosk
  • Grace Days – Allow access for a set number of days after membership expiry

Portal Settings

  • Enable Portal
  • Allow Booking
  • Allow Profile Edit
  • Allow Photo Upload

Feature Toggles

  • Enable Events
  • Enable Classes
  • Enable Treatments

Schedule Rotation

  • Rotation Weeks – Number of weeks in the rotation cycle (1-4)
  • Rotation Start Date – The reference date for calculating which rotation week is current

Per-Location Overrides

If you manage multiple locations, each setting can be overridden per location. Navigate to Settings, select a location from the dropdown, and adjust. Settings left blank will inherit the business default.
