Twentu Time is your complete workforce management solution, helping you manage employee scheduling, time tracking, holiday management, and more - all from one place.

What Can You Do with Twentu Time?

  • Clock In & Out – Track employee work hours via web, QR code, or kiosk
  • Manage Rotas – Create and publish weekly schedules with templates and auto-fill
  • Handle Holiday Requests – Submit, approve, and track leave with allowance management
  • View Timesheets – Review hours worked across the team
  • Run Reports – Generate timesheet, holiday, and attendance reports

Getting Started Checklist

  1. Run the Setup Wizard – When you first access Time, the setup wizard guides you through initial configuration including leave types, locations, and basic settings.
  2. Add Employees – Navigate to the Employees section and add your team members with their details, departments, and employment types.
  3. Configure Leave Types – Go to Settings > Leave Types to set up the types of leave available (annual, sick, etc.).
  4. Set Up Locations – If you have multiple work sites, define them in Settings > Locations. You can generate QR codes for each location.
  5. Create Your First Rota – Head to the Rotas section to start building your weekly schedule.

Navigation

The main navigation bar gives you quick access to all key areas:

  • Dashboard – Your daily overview with pending items and key metrics
  • Timekeeping – View timesheets for yourself or your team
  • Holidays – Manage leave requests and allowances
  • Rotas – Schedule and manage shifts
  • Employees – Team directory and management (supervisors only)
  • Reports – Generate various workforce reports
  • Settings – Configure all aspects of the system (admin only)

User Roles

Twentu Time uses a role-based access system:

  • Employee – Can clock in/out, view their own timesheet, request leave, and see their rota
  • Approver – Can approve or reject holiday requests
  • Supervisor – Can manage rotas, view team data, and publish schedules
  • Admin – Full access to all settings and employee management
