Viewing Your Timesheet
Tracking Hours Worked
The Timekeeping section shows your weekly timesheet with all clock entries, breaks, and totals.
Your Personal Timesheet
Navigate to Timekeeping in the main menu to see your own timesheet. The view shows:
- Daily entries – Each day's clock in time, clock out time, and break duration
- Location – Where you were working
- Daily totals – Hours worked per day
- Weekly total – Your cumulative hours for the week
Navigating Weeks
Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between weeks. Click Today to jump back to the current week.
Timeline View
Switch between the standard timesheet table and a visual Timeline view. The timeline shows your clock entries as bars along a time axis, making it easy to see your work patterns at a glance.
Team Timesheet (Managers)
If you have supervisor or admin permissions, you can view the Team Timesheet which shows all employees' hours for the week. This is useful for:
- Comparing hours across the team
- Identifying missing clock entries
- Reviewing overtime
- Filtering by department
