The Reports section helps you analyse visit patterns, membership health, and facility usage.

Reports Dashboard

The main reports page shows summary statistics:

  • Visits this month
  • Members expiring soon

Visit Report

Analyse facility usage over a date range:

  • Filter by date range, member, or facility
  • See check-in and check-out times
  • View visit duration
  • Identify peak usage times
  • Track individual member activity

Expiring Memberships Report

Stay ahead of renewals with the expiring memberships view:

  • See members expiring this week, this month, or already expired
  • View each member's contact details for outreach
  • Filter by location when managing multiple sites
