Twentu Satisfaction is an employee survey tool that helps you measure and track how your team is feeling across departments and business units over time.

Getting Started Checklist

  1. Import Employees — Go to Employees and import your team from CSV or add manually.
  2. Create a Survey — Click New Survey and choose a template or build from scratch.
  3. Distribute — Send the survey to all employees or a selected group.
  4. Monitor Responses — Track completion rates from the survey detail page.
  5. Review the Report — Once closed, view detailed analytics with filters by department.

Survey Scoring

Likert-scale questions use a 7-point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree, converted to a 0–100% satisfaction score. Higher is better.
