Products & Services Catalogue
The product catalogue stores your services and products so you can quickly add them to quotes, orders, and invoices without retyping details each time.
Adding a Product
Go to Products > + Add Product and fill in:
- Name – the product or service name
- Description – a detailed description of what’s included
- Category – group products into categories (e.g. Web Services, Marketing, Design)
- Price – the default unit price
Active & Inactive Products
Toggle products between Active and Inactive status. Inactive products are hidden from selection dropdowns when creating quotes, orders, and invoices, but their historical usage on existing records is preserved. Use the filter to show or hide inactive products on the list.
Using Products in Documents
When adding line items to a quote, order, or invoice, you can select from your product catalogue. The product name, description, and price are automatically filled in. You can adjust the quantity and price as needed for each document.
Searching & Navigation
Use the search bar to find products by name. The list supports pagination for larger catalogues.
