Your Product & Service Library
The Products section lets you define your offerings with standard pricing. These can be quickly added to quotes, orders, and invoices.
Adding a Product
- Go to Products and click Add Product
- Fill in the details:
- Name – Product or service name
- Description – What's included
- SKU – Optional stock/reference code
- Price – Standard selling price
- Cost – Your cost (for margin calculations)
- Tax Rate – Override the default tax rate if needed
- Type – Product or Service
- Category – For organisation
- Click Save
Using Products
When adding line items to quotes, orders, or invoices, you can select from your product catalogue. The name, description, and price are pre-filled, saving you time and ensuring consistency.
Required Forms
Products can be linked to forms that must be completed when ordering. For example, a catering service might require a dietary requirements form.
