Managing Your Physical Spaces
Facilities represent the physical areas in your organisation that members can access – the gym floor, swimming pool, tennis courts, spa, etc.
Adding a Facility
- Go to Facilities and click Add Facility
- Enter:
- Name – e.g., “Main Gym”, “Swimming Pool”
- Description
- Code – Short identifier
- Colour – Visual identifier
- Capacity – Maximum concurrent users
- Location – Which site this facility belongs to
- Click Save
How Facilities Are Used
- Kiosk Check-In – Members can select which facility they're using when checking in
- Profile Access Control – Link facilities to membership profiles to control who can access what
- Visit Tracking – Reports show which facilities are most popular and when
- Capacity Management – Monitor how close facilities are to capacity
