Managing Spa & Therapy Services

The Treatments module handles appointment-based services such as massage, facials, physiotherapy, and other wellness offerings.

Defining Treatment Types

  1. Go to Treatments and click Add Treatment
  2. Configure:
    • Name – e.g., Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Facial
    • Description
    • Category – Massage, Facial, Body, etc.
    • Duration – Session length in minutes
    • Price
    • Colour – For the timetable

Setting Availability

Define when each treatment is available for booking:

  • Create availability slots for each day of the week
  • Set start and end times for each slot
  • Assign a specific therapist or leave as “any available”
  • Set the location for the slot

The Timetable

The treatment timetable works just like the class timetable:

  • Weekly grid view with therapist and treatment information
  • Overlapping appointments shown side-by-side
  • Cancel, restore, or add one-off sessions
  • View attendees and booking counts

Managing Appointments

Individual appointments track:

  • Member or guest being treated
  • Therapist assigned
  • Treatment type and duration
  • Status: Booked → Confirmed → Arrived → Completed
