Projects & Tasks
Projects help you organise and track deliverables for clients. Break work into tasks, assign team members, and monitor progress.
Creating a Project
Go to Projects > + New Project and fill in:
- Name – a descriptive project title
- Client – the client this project is for
- Description – a summary of the project scope
- Status – active, on hold, completed, or cancelled
- Team Members – assign one or more team members to the project
Projects can be linked to deals automatically, connecting your sales pipeline to project delivery.
Task Management
Within each project, create and manage tasks:
- Title & Description – what needs to be done
- Assignee – who is responsible
- Due Date – when it needs to be completed
- Priority & Colour – visual indicators for importance
- Status – To Do, In Progress, or Done
Task Groups
Organise related tasks into groups (e.g. “Design Phase”, “Development Phase”). Tasks can be nested under group headings for better organisation.
Drag to Reorder
Rearrange tasks by dragging them into your preferred order. The order is saved automatically.
Progress Tracking
Each project shows a progress bar calculated from the percentage of completed tasks. This gives you a quick visual indicator of how far along the project is.
Filtering & Permissions
The project list can be filtered by status, client, and search term. Depending on your role, you may see only projects you are assigned to, or all projects across the team.
Client Profile Integration
Projects appear on the client profile under the Projects tab, giving a complete view of all work being done for that client.
