Survey Reports & Analysis

Twentu Satisfaction provides a detailed visual report for each closed survey, with filtering by department and business unit.

Viewing a Report

  1. Open a closed or active survey.
  2. Click View Report — the full analytics page opens.

Report Sections

  • Overall Score — The average satisfaction score across all questions, shown as a percentage (0–100%).
  • Response Rate — Total responses as a percentage of recipients.
  • By Question Group — Average score per group (e.g. Management: 72%, Wellbeing: 68%).
  • By Question — Individual question scores with a horizontal bar showing the distribution of answers.
  • Free Text Responses — All written answers, anonymised if the threshold applies.

Filtering Reports

Use the filter panel to slice the report by:

  • Department — See results for a specific team
  • Business Unit — Filter by location or site

Filters only show when at least one department or business unit is present in the response data.

Anonymity Threshold

If a filtered group has fewer responses than the anonymity threshold (default: 6), free text responses are hidden to protect individual privacy. The score summary is still shown.

Exporting to PDF

  1. Apply any filters you want included in the PDF.
  2. Click Export PDF in the top-right corner.
  3. The PDF downloads automatically with charts and response data.
