Sales Team & Targets
Twentu CRM lets you designate users as salespeople, assign monthly revenue targets to individuals or teams, and track performance on the dashboard and in reports.
Setting Up the Sales Team
- Go to CRM → Settings → Sales Team tab.
- Use the Add Salesperson dropdown to select a user from your team.
- Click Add — the user now appears in the salespeople table.
- To remove someone, click Remove next to their name. Their historical data is preserved.
Setting Monthly Targets
Targets are set per-person per-month. In the Sales Team settings tab:
- Use the Target Month picker to select the month.
- Enter a revenue target (£) for each salesperson in the table.
- Click Save Targets — targets are stored per-month so you can set different goals each period.
Dashboard Widget
Admins see a Sales Team progress widget on the CRM dashboard showing each salesperson's actual won-deal revenue versus their target for the current month, displayed as a progress bar with percentage.
Sales Performance in Reports
The CRM Reports page includes a Sales Team Performance table showing each salesperson's won deals, total revenue, and progress against target for the selected reporting period.
Who Counts as a Deal Win?
Deals are attributed to a salesperson via the deal's assignee. When a deal is moved to Won status, the revenue is counted against all assignees who are also designated salespeople.
