Brand Kits

Brand kits let you define your company's visual identity — colours, fonts, and logo — and apply them to proposals in one click.

Creating a Brand Kit

1. Go to Brand Kits in the navigation.
2. Click New Brand Kit.
3. Enter a name (e.g. "Main Brand", "Client A Theme").
4. Set your Primary Colour and Accent Colour using the colour picker.
5. Upload your Logo (recommended: PNG with transparent background).
6. Choose a Heading Font and Body Font from the available options.
7. Click Save.

Applying a Brand Kit to a Proposal

1. In the proposal builder, click the Brand Kit button in the top toolbar.
2. Select a kit from the switcher — the proposal updates live.

Multiple Brand Kits

You can create multiple brand kits for different clients, sub-brands, or seasonal campaigns. Switch between them instantly in the builder.

Colour Palette in the Editor

When you apply a brand kit, its colours appear in the colour picker throughout the editor — making it easy to stay on-brand without copying hex codes.
