Sharing & Digital Signatures

Once published, proposals are shared via a unique link. Clients can view and sign entirely in their browser — no account or app required.

Sharing a Proposal

  1. In the builder, click Publish to make the proposal live.
  2. The Share Panel shows your unique proposal URL.
  3. Copy the link and send it to your client by email or message.
  4. You can also click Send by Email to compose a covering message directly from the platform.

Client Experience

When a client opens the proposal link:

  • They see the full proposal in a clean, branded view.
  • No login required — the link is the access token.
  • If a signature is required, a Sign Now section appears at the bottom.

Digital Signatures

  1. Enable Signature Required in the proposal settings.
  2. The client draws or types their signature in the browser.
  3. They enter their name and click Sign & Accept.
  4. You receive a notification and the proposal status changes to Signed.
  5. A timestamped record of the signature is stored with the proposal.

Tracking Views

The proposal list shows when a client first viewed the proposal. You can use this to time your follow-up — e.g. if it's been viewed but not signed after 2 days.
