Standard Employee Satisfaction Survey

A comprehensive survey covering the key pillars of employee satisfaction:

Work Environment — Physical conditions, tools, and remote working
Management & Leadership — Communication, support, and recognition
Career & Development — Growth opportunities and learning
Wellbeing — Work-life balance and mental health support
Open Feedback — Free text for additional comments

Typically 20–25 questions, suitable for quarterly or annual surveys.

PULSE Survey

A short, frequent check-in designed to be completed in under 2 minutes:

Wellbeing Check-In — 5 Likert-scale questions covering mood, workload, support, balance, and clarity
Open Feedback — One free-text field for any additional comments

Ideal for monthly or fortnightly tracking of team mood. Low question count increases completion rates.

Using a Template

When creating a new survey, select Choose a Starting Point.
Pick the template that suits your needs.
The survey is pre-populated with all question groups and questions.
Edit, add, or remove questions as needed before distributing.

Saving Custom Templates

Once you've built a survey structure you're happy with, you can save it as a template from the survey editor. Custom templates appear alongside the built-in ones when creating future surveys.
