Distributing Surveys

Once your survey is ready, you distribute it to employees via email. Each employee receives a unique personal link to complete the survey.

Launching a Survey

  1. Open the survey and click Distribute.
  2. Select who should receive it:
    • All Employees — Everyone in your employee list
    • By Department — Filter to specific departments
    • By Business Unit — Filter to specific sites or teams
    • Manual Selection — Choose individual employees
  3. Review the recipient list and click Send Survey.
  4. Each employee receives a personalised email with their unique survey link.
  5. The survey status changes to Active.

Monitoring Responses

From the survey detail page, you can track:

  • Total responses received vs total recipients
  • Overall completion rate
  • Individual employee response status (for non-anonymous surveys)

Sending Reminders

Click Send Reminders on an active survey to email everyone who hasn't yet responded. Reminders are sent automatically at the interval configured in survey settings.

Closing a Survey

Click Close Survey when you're ready to stop accepting responses. The status changes to Closed and you can view the full report.
