CRM Reports & Financial Overview
Track your financial performance with the CRM reports page. See how much you have invoiced, received, and what remains outstanding.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reports from the CRM navigation. Select a month to view financial data for that period.
Key Metrics
The reports page displays four headline figures for the selected period:
- Invoiced – the total value of invoices issued in the period
- Paid – the total payments received
- Outstanding – the total balance of sent but unpaid invoices
- Overdue – the count of invoices past their due date
Dashboard Financial Summary
The same financial metrics are also shown on the main CRM dashboard, giving you a quick glance at your financial position without navigating to the full reports page.
Pipeline Overview
The dashboard also includes a sales pipeline summary showing deal counts and values at each stage. This helps you forecast revenue based on your current pipeline.
