Membership Profiles & Tiers
Defining Membership Levels
Membership Profiles define the different tiers of membership your organisation offers, each with its own access rights, pricing, and restrictions.
Creating a Profile
- Go to Profiles and click Add Profile
- Configure:
- Name – e.g., “Peak”, “Off-Peak”, “VIP”, “Student”
- Description – What's included
- Colour – Visual identifier throughout the system
- Monthly/Annual Price – Pricing information
- Default Duration – Standard membership length in months
- Click Save
Facility Access Control
Each profile can restrict which facilities members can access:
- If no facilities are selected, members with this profile can access all facilities
- If specific facilities are selected, members can only access those facilities
This is enforced at the kiosk when check-in facility access enforcement is enabled in Settings.
Time Access Windows
Define when members with this profile can access the facilities:
- Set a start time and end time for each day of the week
- If no times are set, access is 24/7
- Perfect for “Off-Peak” memberships that only allow access during certain hours

Per-Location Profiles
Profiles can be business-wide or location-specific. A location-specific profile only applies at that location, allowing different tiers and pricing at different sites.
