Understanding Your Workforce Data

Twentu Time provides several reports to help you analyse attendance, hours worked, and leave patterns.

Timesheet Report

Summarises hours worked by employee over a date range.

  • Select a date range (defaults to the current month)
  • Filter by department
  • View hours per day, total hours, overtime, and daily averages for each employee
  • Export data for payroll processing

Holiday Report

Gives a complete picture of holiday usage across your team.

  • Select the year to review
  • Filter by department
  • See each employee's total allowance, days used, days remaining, and carry-over balance
  • Break down usage by leave type

Attendance Report

Track attendance patterns and identify trends.

  • Select a date range
  • View attendance rates per employee
  • See days present vs. absent
  • Identify late arrivals and early departures

Live Attendance

For real-time monitoring, use the Live Attendance view (available to supervisors). This shows:

  • Who is currently clocked in
  • Who was scheduled today but hasn't clocked in
  • Recent clock activity
  • Auto-refreshing display
