The CRM Dashboard
The dashboard is your central hub, giving you an at-a-glance view of everything happening in your CRM. It updates in real time as your team works.
Key Metrics
The top of the dashboard displays card-based statistics:
- Total Clients – the number of active clients in your CRM
- Active Orders – orders currently in progress
- Pending Invoices – invoices that have been sent but not yet paid
- Open Quotes – quotes awaiting client response
- Client Questions – unanswered questions from clients on quotes
Financial Summary
A second row of cards shows your financial position for the current month:
- Invoiced This Month – total value of invoices issued
- Received This Month – total payments received
- Outstanding – total unpaid invoice balance
- Overdue – invoices that have passed their due date
Sales Pipeline Overview
A visual bar chart shows how your deals are distributed across pipeline stages, along with the total value at each stage. This helps you quickly see where your sales efforts are concentrated.
Activity Sections
Below the summary cards you will find several sections:
- New Leads – recently added clients that haven’t been reviewed yet, with a button to mark each as reviewed
- Client Questions – unanswered messages from clients on quotes, with links to reply
- Overdue Invoices – the top overdue invoices requiring attention
- Expiring Quotes – quotes that will expire within the next 7 days
- Recent Activities – a timeline of the latest actions across the CRM
- Upcoming Orders – confirmed orders scheduled within the next 30 days
- Recent Clients – the most recently added clients
