Public Storefront

The Events storefront is a public-facing page where customers can browse your events and register.

How the Storefront Works

  • All Published events appear on your storefront automatically.
  • The storefront is accessible at your unique business URL within the Events app.
  • Customers can browse events, view details, and register without needing an account.

Customising the Storefront

In Events → Settings you can configure:

  • Storefront Title & Tagline — Shown at the top of the page
  • Brand Colour — Accent colour used across the storefront
  • Logo — Your organisation's logo in the header
  • Contact Email — Shown on the storefront for enquiries

Event Listing

Events are displayed as cards with the event name, date, category, and a short description. Clicking a card opens the full event detail page with sessions, speakers, and registration options.

Registration Process

  1. Customer clicks Register on an event.
  2. They fill in their details (name, email, optional extras).
  3. They receive a confirmation email with their booking reference.
  4. The registration appears in your Registrations tab.
