Getting Started Checklist

  1. Run the Setup Wizard โ€” First-time setup guides you through categories and basic settings.
  2. Create Categories โ€” Organise your events into logical groups.
  3. Create Your First Event โ€” Click New Event and fill in the details.
  4. Add Sessions โ€” Build your event schedule under the Sessions tab.
  5. Assign Team Members โ€” Use the Team tab to control who can manage the event.
  6. Publish โ€” Make the event live on your public storefront.

User Access

  • Admins & Owners โ€” See and manage all events
  • Standard Users โ€” Only see events they have been assigned to
  • Event Creator โ€” Automatically assigned to their own events
